Reduced Design

As mentioned on the Absolute WinInfo home page, we
have recently reduced the design of our web site.
The "desktop" and "taskbar" frames were removed
due to the high amount of traffic that they were
generating.  We plan to restore the original site
design with both frames within the next few weeks.
