For low usage, AT&T WorldNet has the lowest prices. If you use more than 10 hours, I recommend that you subscribe to a plan that gives you unlimited usage. Most of the large online services and national ISPs offer competitive unlimited usage plans.
Frequent Usage
AT&T offers unlimited access for $21.95 per month and 150 hours for $14.95 per month. The other national ISPs offer unlimited access for $19.95 per month. Any of these services should serve the usage needs of 95% of their customers with the current prices.
