Clicked on Reply To Group when reading the
newsgroups.
Highlighted the other user's comments, made the text Verdana
and Small, and chose a dark gray for the
text.
I then took out any portions of the reply that weren't
necessary to quote.
Just to get it out of the way for a bit I selected before
the text and hit return a few times.
I then typed the title of the news post Responding To
Newsgroup Post.
I made the text Verdana, Dark Blue, Bold, and, Larger.
I then used the backspace key to move the text up towards
the header. Using the Right Margin Adjustment
icon, I moved the quoted text two clicks past the default
left margin.
Typed in the text and used the Right Margin
Adjustment icon again to move my reply one click
past the default left margin.
Sometimes, clicking on one paragraph and adjusting the
margin will effect many. To solve this problem click on
the paragraph directly below the one you're trying to
adjust. Use the backspace to JOIN the two paragraphs
together. Then hit enter. It might look the same as
before, but this usually will let you select just one
paragraph to move.
Depending on how you do this. If you simply hit return
after the words Comments in the Quoted material,
the adjusted margin will remain two clicks in. In this
case just use the Left Margin Adjustment icon to
move it back one space.
