How I did it!

Entered the background URL in to Tools, Background, Picture...
Typed in the text and used the Right Margin Adjustment icon to move the text right of the default left margin one click.
Highlighted Wish You Were Here and used the HTML toolbar to make it Large and the text Blue. Then I chose the font Verdana.
Highlighted the text The Thompson Family. Chose the font Lucida Sans. Made the text Large and made it Maroon using the color picker!
I moved the text insert line "|" just before the W in Wish then clicked on the Add Picture icon from the HTML toolbar. Specified the web URL of the picture I chose (remember it must be at a web address). When adding the picture, under the section marked Alignment I to align it to the Right.
